Book with confidence.

Following recent developments with regards to the COVID-19 pandemic, we appreciate it’s becoming increasingly difficult to make a decision on holidays in the UK. There has been a lot of uncertainty so we wanted to take the opportunity to offer some reassurance and confidence for our guests looking to stay with us over the winter months.

 

Making a booking…

  • Pay a deposit only. The balance will be due 4 weeks prior to arrival (normally 6 weeks) – if your booking starts within 28 days, you will be required to pay the full amount

If you’ve paid your deposit or balance of your holiday and then are unable to travel due to lockdown restrictions we will provide you with…

  • Credit to the value of your full payment, to be used during a future holiday with us in 2021/2022. Please note holidays moved to 2022 need to be booked by 31st December 2021.
  • Refund of the value of your full payment, minus £50 admin fee

The above applies if we were to go into a local lockdown or a national lockdown was announced.

We strongly recommend taking out your own travel insurance, as no refund shall be given in respect of the balance of your holiday in the event you are unable to visit due to illness or self isolation due to COVID-19 or need to depart early for other reasons. Policies can now be obtained to cover Coronavirus.
