Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over, excluding employees of Polmanter Touring Park and their immediate families.
  2. One entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
  3. The competition opens 11th June and closes at 23:59 on 28th June 2026. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
  4. The prize is a 3-night break for up to 5 guests in a luxury safari tent at Polmanter Touring Park, St Ives, Cornwall. The prize covers accommodation only and includes up to 2 cars. The prize value for the purposes of these Terms & Conditions ranges from £365 to £567 depending on dates selected.
  5. The prize is valid for arrivals during the following periods, subject to availability at time of booking:- From winner notification date through to Monday 20th July 2026
    – Monday 14th September 2026 onwards (subject to availability)
    – Monday 7th April 2027 – Thursday 1st May 2027
    – Tuesday 6th May 2027 – Thursday 27th May 2027
  1. The following dates are excluded from the prize:- Tuesday 21st July 2026 – Sunday 13th September 2026
    – Monday 26th March 2027 – Sunday 4th April 2027
    – Friday 2nd May 2027 – Monday 5th May 2027
    – Friday 28th May 2027 onwards
  1. The winner may choose to book on an excluded date by applying a £400 credit towards the applicable rate. The balance is payable by the winner at time of booking. This option is subject to availability, is offered at Polmanter’s discretion, and is not guaranteed.
  2. Dog fees (£35 per dog per stay, maximum 2 dogs) are not included in the prize and are payable by the winner if applicable.
  3. Travel, food, activities and all other costs not explicitly stated above are excluded.
  4. The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries after the competition closes.
  5. The winner will be notified by email within 5 working days of the closing date. If the winner does not respond within 28 days, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner may be drawn at Polmanter’s discretion.
  6. The winner’s first name, surname initial and region will be shared with all competition entrants following the draw. Entry to the competition constitutes acceptance of this.
  7. The prize must be taken by 31st October 2027.
  8. The prize is subject to Polmanter Touring Park’s standard Terms & Conditions, which apply to all guests and are available at polmanter.com/terms-conditions . By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to comply with these terms for the duration of their stay.
  9. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
  10. Polmanter Touring Park reserves the right to cancel, amend or withdraw the competition at any time.
  11. Entry data will be processed in accordance with Polmanter’s privacy policy. Marketing communications will only be sent to entrants who have explicitly opted in.
  12. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
