What’s On 2025: May Half Term at Polmanter

We love an early summer getaway, and there’s always so much to do in Cornwall in May. The weather is usually pleasant, and while most visitor attractions are now fully open, they’re not as busy as they are in high season.

E-Bike Adventure from St Ives: Moorland Meander & the Scenic B3306 🚴‍♀️

What better way to spend a blue-sky Cornish day than exploring the wild and wonderful west by e-bike?

Starting right from Polmanter, we followed St Ives eBike’s Moorland Meander route on Komoot – a scenic loop that takes in dramatic moorland, sea views, and a couple of brilliant pub stops along the way.

This ride is a real treat for anyone looking to slow down and soak up the beauty of the Penwith peninsula.

Holidays with your dog in St Ives

“It wouldn’t be a holiday without the dog.” We hear that said so often; and many families choose to stay in the UK so their pet can accompany them. We love to see happy dogs enjoying their hols at Polmanter, and there’s a lot for them to do in the local area.
