Organising the staff Christmas party is always a gamble so why not try your luck at one of our Christmas casino party nights?

Spend the evening with your colleagues in our stunning restaurant space at The Stable Bar for a fun-packed night of festive food and drinks, along with entertainment like no other!

Let us serve up a delicious home-cooked Christmas dinner.

Take a seat and soak up the festive spirit in our decked out stylish restaurant. Visit the bar for a wide range of Cornish and classic drink choices, including that after dinner Baileys digestif!

Following dinner, we bet you can't wait to hit the casino tables.

Professional croupiers will run two fun casino tables on the evening, with each guest being given an allowance of chips (so no cash required!). There’ll be a prize for the guest who has banked the most chips at the end of the night. DJ also playing until midnight.

Hooray for you... the organiser!

We know being the organiser can be a chore, but if you book for 8 or more before 1 November we’ll give you a bottle of Prosecco to say thank you for holding your party at Polmanter.

Following last year’s reopening of The Stable Bar, this will be our second Christmas season in our beautifully renovated restaurant. With oak beams above and our warm, golden lighting setting the mood, it’s the perfect setting to celebrate the festive season with friends, family, or colleagues.

Park up and camp!

With The Stable Bar located on the five star touring park, Polmanter, why not take advantage of a pitch for the night!?! Anyone with camper-vans, caravans or motorhomes are able to stay on site after the party for a fee of £10 (based on 2 people), which includes electric hook up and access to our shower/toilet facilities. Book directly with Reception.

Working closely with Royal Buses and our local taxi companies, we can help to arrange transport for groups of all sizes at a competitive price, with great customer service. If it’s a taxi you need for 4-10 people or more like a bus for 20-30 of you, let us know and we can put you in touch with the right people.

Private Christmas Parties

Fed up with traditional hotel Christmas parties? Polmanter is offering a unique space to exclusively book for your festivities.

The Stable Bar & Restaurant can accommodate up to 110 guests, with a modern spacious restaurant and snug bar area.

Our dedicated team can build you a truly unique party night, starting with the food.

Whether it’s a sumptuous 3 course festive dinner or a buffet using the very best seasonal produce, we can work with you and your budget to create your own bespoke menu for groups of 50 and more.

The Stable Bar serves a range of local Cornish refreshments, from lager and cider to gin and vodka, along with an appealing wine list.

We could even order in the boss’s favourite drink, or mix up your own signature cocktail!

Entertainment is key to a great party and we've got just the ticket.

Not only could you dance the night away with a DJ until midnight, why not go ‘all-in’ with a casino too. Alternatively, we’re happy for you to arrange your own entertainment.
